You already wrote a hit. Now let’s make it work harder.
Here’s how to turn your most-opened email into a repeat performer.
5 ways to turn your hit email into an even bigger producer
Repurposing content is one of the best no-budget marketing hacks out there. You can create a winner once and turn it into additional content that resonates with your audience. Here are five things you can do after you send an email that was a hit:
1. Turn it into your welcome email
Most welcome emails are boring. Replace yours with a proven winner—your highest open-rate email. It’s the first impression that keeps paying off.
2. Reuse the content as a social post
Grab the core idea. Rewrite it as a tweet, a LinkedIn post, or a short thread.
Don’t change the message—just adjust the format.
3. Link to it in your email footer
Add: “Loved this? Our readers’ favorite email: [Title].” It drives ongoing clicks from every email you send.
4. Turn it into a lead magnet
If it offers value, repackage it into a one-pager or mini PDF. Use it to grow your list with something that already works.
5. Share it with partners or community groups
Doing a newsletter swap? Send them your best-performing email. If you can say, “This one got a 42% open rate,” people are more likely to run it. Or, turn it into posts for communities like Reddit.
That’s just the beginning
You can turn that email into a video, a blog post, an entire email sequence, and much more. Don’t just send emails. Build assets.
Your best email has already earned trust. Now let it expand its reach.

The Website Team Trusted by the Highest Performing Marketers
The perfect website team is reasonably priced, incredibly good at communication, highly responsive, very transparent, and actually cares about your success. If your current team falls short on any of that, we would love a chance to prove ourselves.
Most marketers have resources but rarely a true expert partner for design, development, or website management. That is where we come in. OneNine becomes your website team for as many or as few tasks as you need.
Whether you need just design, just development, or both, every OneNine client gets a dedicated project manager who keeps projects moving quickly without needing your constant oversight. We only do website design, development, and management. There are many agencies, but few can say they have been doing this for more than 13 years with a fully North American team and hundreds of active clients who trust them. We can.
If you have any feedback, just hit reply. I appreciate hearing about what you like and don’t like. Some of my newsletter topics come directly from your feedback.
